- changed format version to 2003/02/20, to allow format
  compilation for longer time
- Some miktex installations have a problem with the new
  hyphenation file. This problem seems to disappear when the
  eta'1, iota'1, ypsilon'1 are commented out, so I added such an
  instruction to miktex-instr.txt.
